St Michael’s Church, Eastrington

Eastrington is a village and parish in the flatlands of east Yorkshire. It is a few miles north-east of the market town of Howden and the port town of Goole, and the river Ouse (which flows into the Humber estuary) is to the south.

Eastrington railway station was opened on 1 July 1840 and is still in use (though the village also had another station between 1885 and 1955). The M62 motorway passes to the south of the village, linking Hull with Leeds and Manchester.
